Day 1: Sai Gon - CaiBe - Can Tho(L, D)
Starting at 8:00AM from your hotel to CaiBe – the heart of Mekong Delta. Upon arrival in Cai Be board a sampan for a cruise on the Mekong River and its multiples canals to Vinh Long. Visit Cai Be floating market, an Old Colonial House, a rice corn factory and taste local specialties for lunch. A nice chance for bicycle riding, roaming through the village and looking at the local handicraft shops. A stop will be landed on Vinh Long market a nice walk around. In the afternoon, continue to Can Tho, the main town of the Mekong Delta. Be warmly welcomed by smile of locals.
19:00 starting cooking class with pancake, spring roll in homestay. Overnight in local homestay.
Day 2: Cai Rang - Saigon (B/L)
7:00 After breakfast, take the morning boat trip to the colorful Cai Rang floating market which is at its busiest at this time of day. Keep cruising through the small channels system and visit the rice noodle making village. Experience the "Monkey Bridge" in the Delta. Break for lunch. Begin the return journey to Ho Chi Minh City. Stop to rest at the captivating Bonsai garden in My Tho. Arrive in HCM City at around 5.30pm
